Vietnam Company Becomes Vietnam Liaison Office in Taizhou

In the afternoon of November 4th, Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government held a ceremony to inaugurate the “Taizhou Vietnam Liaison Office” at the Vietnam-China Chamber of Commerce in Hanoi. Yulon (Vietnam) Textile Dyeing Co., Ltd. was recognized as “Taizhou Vietnam Liaison Office”, and Hu Trans, Vice General Manager of the company, was appointed as the Director of Taizhou Vietnam Liaison Office. This is the first Chamber of Commerce organization in a prefecture-level city in China dedicated to “going out” enterprises. Lan Shaomin, Secretary of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee and Director of the Taizhou People's Congress Standing Committee, who led the economic and trade delegation of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province of China to Vietnam, personally unveiled the license plate of the Liaison Office and delivered a speech to warmly congratulate on the establishment of the Liaison Office. In his speech, Secretary Lan praised Yulin Group for taking a good lead for Taizhou enterprises in accelerating industrial transformation and “going out”, and recognized the achievements of Yulin Group in setting up Yulin (Vietnam) Textile Dyeing Co. Ltd. in March 2013, has achieved an annual output value of about 15 million U.S. dollars. It is expected that the second phase of the spinning project will be planned in the next year, which will form a production capacity of 70,000 spindles and an annual sales of 40 million U.S. dollars. Yulun positively responded to the national policy of “One Belt, One Road”, and did not nestle in the narrow “one acre, three quarters of an acre” to survive and develop, but took the initiative to go out and build factories and look for markets overseas, increasing efficiency. Build factories, find the market, increase efficiency, cut into the ASEAN industrial system in the enterprise to do better and stronger, this one step ahead of the practice is worth publicizing and promoting in Taizhou enterprises.
With Taizhou City and Vietnam's economic and trade exchanges and economic cooperation is more and more frequent and in-depth, to Southeast Asia, especially to Vietnam to invest and do business in Taizhou enterprises continue to increase, there is a very urgent need to go to Vietnam for the establishment of a liaison office for the Taizhou enterprises in order to serve more Taizhou enterprises, and to further promote exchanges and cooperation between the city of Taizhou and Vietnam to deepen the understanding. For this reason, the municipal party committee and the municipal government of Taizhou decided to establish Yulon (Vietnam) Textile Dyeing Co. The Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Mr. Lan, hoped that Yulon Group would realize greater development in practical cooperation with Vietnam, and at the same time, make more connections for Taizhou enterprises to come to Vietnam, and actively make suggestions to provide an important guarantee for the service of Taizhou enterprises to “go out”.
Representatives of the Vietnam-China Chamber of Commerce were also invited to attend the ceremony. In his speech, Mr. Gu Chaoqing, President of the Vietnam-China Chamber of Commerce, expressed his best wishes for the Vietnam Liaison Office of Taizhou City and hoped that the Office would do a good job in serving the Taizhou enterprises doing business in Vietnam. Mr. Hu Trans, Director of Taizhou Vietnam Liaison Office and Deputy General Manager of Yulon (Vietnam) Textile Dyeing Co., Ltd. who presided over the inauguration ceremony, made a speech of appreciation, thanking Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government and Vietnam-China Chamber of Commerce for their trust in the company and the guidance and support of the leaders, and said that the office will be a good liaison, a good service to the hometown enterprises and individuals who will go to Vietnam to invest and develop as an advance guard and a bridgehead. Zhu Jinan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, also went to Vietnam with the delegation, attended the inauguration ceremony together, and then went to Yulun (Vietnam) Company to understand the production situation, inspect and guide the work, and asked the leaders of the company to seize the favorable period of the cooler weather, and continue to limit the stoppage of the station, overproduction, reduce consumption, and create more benefits under the premise of stabilizing the quality and make every effort to sprint to the full-year production target.
