Vietnam Company officially put into production of the second phase of airflow spinning

On December 11th, the much-anticipated airflow spinning equipment of Vietnam Phase II project was finally put into production after more than a month of intense installation and more than a week of patient debugging, and the first batch of air-spun C21 yarn was successfully produced, with quality indexes tested to reach the high-quality standard, which will be formally launched to the market. Air spinning officially put into production, realizing the goal set by the company at the beginning of the year, not only enriching and expanding the company's product range, but also increasing the company's competitiveness in the market, which will become the company's new growth point of benefit. The second phase of the project before spinning 10 sets of carding equipment also formally put into production on the same day, will greatly ease the pressure of the supply of raw material before spinning. 

In order to install and put into production as soon as possible, the company leaders are on the spot every day to direct, track the construction and installation progress, on-site coordination and solve the problems encountered by both sides, in advance of the training and preparation of air spinning production and management personnel. From October 9 to install the first card to the end of November 3 sets of air spinning equipment all installed, the majority of equipment installers have paid the sweat of the brow, especially in Vietnam to work in the Chinese personnel and the Vietnamese equipment electrical personnel, work regardless of their duties, regardless of salary, taking into account the first phase of production capacity and normal production and installation of the second phase of the equipment, 24 hours a day in the state of work or standby to achieve the production and installation of both. They have been working or on standby 24 hours a day, making production and installation not to be neglected, and making positive contribution to the early production of airflow spinning. 

Up to the date of publication, the civil construction of Phase II has completed the pouring of the floor of spinning workshop, and the excavation and pouring of the trench of self-winding workshop is near to the end. The installation of air ducts, ceiling and light bands in the spinning workshop and the construction of air-conditioning facilities for post-spinning have been in full swing, and it is expected that the installation of 70 sets of 35,000 spindles spinning machines will be kicked off on December 19th.
